We, the owners are both from the Netherlands and we were / are working in the NATO School. We speak Dutch, English and German. Besides the below information you can always send us an email if there are additional questions. We have special rates if you want to rent the apartment for a longer time e.g. when you are a new member of the NATO School and you did not find a place to live yet or when you leave and don't want to live in a hotel.

The apartment is located at one of the main streets of Oberammergau. The railway and the bus station is 200 meters away, the center 300 and the Passion Play house 150 meters away. The pick up point for students of the NATO School is 100 meters to the right. All big shops are between 100 meters and 500 meters away. The ski slopes are 1000 meters away, the cross country tracks are 200 meters away, and the swimming pool is 1500 meters away. 

Breakfast is not included and not served but in the gasstation 100 meters away you can buy fresh bread every day even on Sunday morning. In your fridge you will find some free drinks. There is always some coffee and tea to start with.  When it is empty you simply refill it.

The apartment is for NON smokers.

The apartment is fully equipped. The inventory consist of :

All linen for the beds plus spare;

A baby bed with two sleeping levels; a baby troller / buggy

Towels from big to small;

Coffee machine, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar;

Pepper, salt, oil, vinegar and other herbs;

All kind of kid games and books in different languages;

A radio and a CD player;

Wireless Internet for free;

Every tool for a normal equipped kitchen;

4 different sledges (tobogan) in the winter and in te summer you can use our mountain bikes (all at your own risk);

Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, microwave, toaster.

Extra camp cot and an extra sleeping couch.

Informatie over het vakantie appartement.

Het appartement is plm 80 m2 groot en heeft een grote woonkamer met grote hoekbank en een eettafel. De slaapkamers zijn allebei plm 18 m2 groot en hebben beide een tweepersoons bed. Er is tevens een opvouwbaar babybed en nog een slaapbank aanwezig. Er is sateliet tv met internationale zenders. Ook kunt u naar de meeste Nederlandse zenders kijken. In de woonkamer staat een 32 inch TV. De schotel staat op de Astra en de Hotbird sateliet gericht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief extra beddengoed en veel handdoeken, o.a. badlakens voor het zwembad. Tevens is er in het appartement een eigen wasmachine en een droger. Wasmiddel e.d is voorhanden. De keuken is ook van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een vaatwasser. De badkamer is erg modern en heeft een grote inloopdouche. Het appartement ligt overal dichtbij. Alle winkels liggen op loopafstand met een maximale afstand van 500 meter. Er is een LIDL, Nettomarkt, Tengelmann en V-Markt. De NATO School bus heeft een halte op 100 meter afstand. Er zijn twee fietsen aanwezig met 27 en 21 versnellingen.
